- By placing an order through this Site, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Site. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Our Contract:
- When you place an order, you will receive a phone message acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This phone message will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved or received by us.
Pricing and Availability:
- Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Purchase Payment:
- Payment in this Site is only via PayNow or Bank Transfer. Other widely accepted payment modes are available at our online shops in 3rd party platforms.
- Full payment of balance, if any, is required during delivery.
- Deposit is non-refundable, and customized items required full payment upon order confirmation.
- For customized items, there is no refund or cancellation after confirmation.
- All cost are stated in Singapore Dollars.

DELIVERY & DISPOSAL
All purchased product deliveries will be done by respective manufacturers or delivery agents.
Delivery information:
- We deliver to most parts of Singapore except for restricted locations such as prisons, shipyards, military bases, airport zone and Jurong Island. An extra $15 fee will be levied for deliveries to Sentosa.
- Manufacturers or delivery agents reserve the rights to change delivery date and time for unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery is done from Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday and public holiday.
- Staircase charges apply if our delivery team is unable to carry bulky furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery. It is chargeable at $15 per storey for each bulky item
Old mattress / bed frame disposal:
- We can a one-to-one disposal service for mattress only during delivery. Each additional item disposed is chargeable at S$100.
- All bed frame disposal is chargeable regardless of any new bed frame purchase. Disposal fee depends on size and complexity.
- There is limited space on delivery vehicle. Do inform us during purchase, should you need to dispose your old mattress .
- Note that we are unable to accept additional disposal requests on the spot due to space constraint.
- Staircase charges are also applicable to the disposal of old items if the lift at your delivery location is inaccessible.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
As part of our customer service and giving you a peace of mind, Redheartz Enterprise will take up the responsibility to assist our customers in liaising with respective manufacturer in any case of warranty claim.
Warranty information to take note of:
- Warranty is covered by respective product manufacturers and their terms & conditions.
- The warranty period will commence from the date of delivery / collection of the product.
- Do keep proof of delivery or invoice as part of verification process for any possible warranty claim.
- The warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and his / her delivery address.
- The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear & tear and due to any of the warranty exclusions.
What to do for warranty claim:
- Take a photo of the issue and send your invoice / order number to 88400036 or savemoneylah.sg@gmail.com
- A home visit for issue verification by Redheartz Enterprise may be required if images sent are non-conclusive.
- Personnel from manufacturer has the right to do another issue verification if need to.
- If the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, Redheartz Enterprise will liaise with manufacturer for a repair / replace.
- In case inspection finds that claim is due to other issues instead of manufacturing issues, any transportation cost (if any) is to be covered by the customer.
Warranty exclusions:
- It does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.
- It does not cover damages by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
- It does not apply to dissatisfaction with mattress including but not limited to: too soft, too hard, heat issues, back aches and rashes.
- It will be considered void if the product is found to be repaired or modified by the consumer or other non-authorized parties.
- It does not cover free gifts, bedding accessories and eco-friendly products.
- It does not cover products shipped out of Singapore.
- It does not apply to variance within manufacturing tolerance.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
All defective items or issues are to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept refund/return for the following:
- After 7 days from date of delivery.
- If items are open or used (Due to reason of hygiene).
- If items are damaged or misused by user.
- Returning item without prior contact with Save Money Lah
- Change of mind is not accepted as reason of refund/return.
